One of the biggest highlights in my career is when I’m trusted to be the Media Wall Photographer for the 2026 Melbourne International Film Festival’s Opening Night Gala, one of the biggest nights on Melbourne’s film calendar.
Premiere with Purpose: Silenced
A few days later I was back for Premiere with Purpose, MIFF’s dedicated night for social-impact filmmaking. The 2026 edition centred on Silenced, Selina Miles’ documentary examining the weaponisation of defamation law against women who speak out, featuring Jennifer Robinson, Amber Heard and Brittany Higgins among its contributors.
Armani Beauty x Cinema Club
A beautiful, fashion-meets-film event, and a nice reminder of how broad this festival’s reach is, from social-impact documentary one night to a beauty-brand cinema launch the next.
